We’re delighted to welcome Hayden Maule, the latest addition to our growing Fencing team, who brings with him 4 years of experience in the industry.
Hayden joined us a little over a week ago, and reflecting on his experience with Hooper Services so far, Hayden said:
“It’s been amazing so far, honestly. The people are great, and the way everything is coordinated and organised day to day is fantastic. More than anything, there’s a genuine focus on developing people as part of growing the business—and that’s pretty special.
“During my induction on my first day, I spent time with Managing Director Sam Hooper, who spoke at length about the importance of having the right people with the right attitude. There’s a real focus on quality over quantity, which feels genuine and is different from other places I’ve worked.”
