Our team have been busy on-site at Orchid Place, Topsham Road, Exeter, delivering Soft Landscaping works for McCarthy Stone — helping to bring these beautifully planned outdoor spaces to life for future residents.
This brand-new retirement living development for the over 60s is set in a tranquil location close to the River Exe, right in the heart of the city. The scheme will provide 62 one and two-bedroom retirement properties, most with private patios or balconies — creating comfortable, thoughtfully designed homes with high-quality outdoor surroundings.
