Our team has been hard at work for our valued client, Coln Signature Homes, at their exciting and highly sought-after, multi award-winning development at Collaton Park — a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes near the charming villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo in Devon.
These recent aerial photos showcase some of our work and highlight just how much thoughtful landscaping can transform a development — particularly within active construction environments. The rich red Devon soil provides a striking contrast against the lush green of our freshly installed turf, complemented by the natural aesthetic of our solid timber closeboard fencing.
Our scope of works on this project includes fencing, soft landscaping, public open space (POS) landscaping, show home landscaping, and plot landscaping across this brand-new 125-home development.
