Orchid Place Revisited

We recently returned to Orchid Place on Topsham Road in Exeter to see how the outdoor spaces are developing following the completion of our work—and we’re delighted with how everything is looking.

Created by McCarthy & Stone, Orchid Place is a brand-new retirement living development offering thoughtfully designed properties in a well-connected location close to Exeter city centre and the popular town of Topsham.

With many of the properties featuring private patios or balconies, the connection between indoor and outdoor living has been central to the development’s design. The landscaped communal areas complement these private spaces, providing residents with attractive, welcoming surroundings to enjoy throughout the seasons.

Now that the planting is beginning to establish, it’s fantastic to see the landscaping bringing colour, texture and life to the development.
