New Project: Vistry Launceston

We're delighted to share that we've recently secured a new project with our valued client, Vistry Homes as part of their development in Stourscombe, Launceston in partnership with LiveWest.

‍

This exciting housing development by Britain's largest housebuilder and the South West's largest affordable housing provider will deliver 195 new homes, giving local people the opportunity to own or rent an affordable home and includes provisions for new outdoor spaces, including children's play areas. We couldn't be more excited to be supporting the project with our scope of work, including:

➡️ 3,654m of Fencing includes a mix of timber closeboard, concrete post, gravel board and panels)

➡️ 10,300m2 of Turfing

➡️ Planting including 19,000 shrubs, trees & hedging

➡️ 19,200m2of amenity/ wildflower seeding in POS

➡️ Installation of tree pits, with 860m2 of GreenBlue Urban Rootspace planned

➡️ LEAP Play area
