New Project: Empress Gardens

We're delighted to share that our team are working on a new project for our valued client, Bellway Homes at their Empress Gardens development in Tiverton, Devon.
This new development will deliver 41 new eco-friendly homes, including 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Situated in the delightful town of Tiverton, the site is ideal for those looking to live close to natural spaces and more central locations. Residents benefit from nearby attractions in Devon and central Exeter, as well as being within proximity to a selection of local amenities.
Our scope of work for the project includes:

This is the second project we've been appointed to work on for Bellway Homes in the area, and we're really pleased to have secured this additional contract with the team following the ongoing success of the work we're delivering on their Libbets Grange development in nearby Crediton.
