New Project: Cokerhurst Farm

We're delighted to announce the award of a new landscaping and fencing contract with leading South West housebuilder Cavanna Homes at its Cokerhurst Farm development in Bridgwater, Somerset.
The project will see our team deliver the soft landscaping and fencing works across 106 new homes, helping to create attractive, functional outdoor environments that will enhance the development for future residents.
Our scope of works includes extensive soft landscaping elements, including tree, whip, shrub and bulb planting, together with garden turfing to create vibrant green spaces throughout the development. In addition, our fencing team will install 1.8m closeboard fencing and pedestrian access gates, providing secure and durable boundary solutions across the site.
The Hooper Services team is no stranger to the Cokerhurst Farm development. We have been supporting the project's primary contractor, Montel Civil Engineering, on-site for some time and recently completed fencing works within the new compound area for the Cavanna Homes team. Having already established a strong presence on the project, we're delighted to have secured this additional phase of work and to continue contributing to the successful delivery of the development.
