Meet the team: Aaron Butters

Aaron Butters joined the Hooper Services team in August this year, and we couldn't be happier to have his 20 years of Landscaping industry expertise as part of our growing team, based out of our head office in Exeter.

Aaron first started out in the industry running his own business, manufacturing and installing playgrounds - with his very own sawmill & woodworking workshop no less! After doing this successfully for around 7 years, Aaron side-stepped into his first Commercial Landscaping role, where he honed his expertise and knowledge of the broader Landscaping industry - mainly in roles focused on Operations Management, Business Development and Contracts Management.

Fast forward to today and Aaron has already cemented himself as a core part of the management team at Hooper Services, with an infectious motivation to support the ongoing growth of the business, while spearheading improvements on how we do things within the business, which ultimately benefit our teams and our clients alike.

It's so exciting to be part of the Hooper Services team. It's a truly family-run business where its core values continue to be reflected in the way that they work, both with their team and clients - in spite of the growth they've seen in recent years. This isn't an easy thing to achieve. In addition there is a huge focus on continual investment, whether that be in people, equipment or processes and these are areas that are all-too-often overlooked by other large-scale landscaping contractors. I couldn't be prouder to be part of the Hooper Services team and look forward to their continued growth and successes in the years to come.
