BALI National Landscape Award Winners!

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Hooper Services has won a 2026 BALI National Landscape Award for our work on the landmark Armada Way regeneration project in Plymouth.

Our work has been recognised in the Soft Landscaping Construction (Non-Domestic) – Over £500K category, celebrating the quality, expertise and dedication demonstrated by our team throughout this significant city-centre project.

‍

The BALI National Landscape Awards are among the most prestigious accolades in the landscaping industry, recognising outstanding professional achievement across landscape design, construction and maintenance. Receiving this award is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved and an important milestone for Hooper Services.

Transforming the heart of Plymouth

‍

Appointed by our valued client, Morgan Sindall Construction and Plymouth City Council, Hooper Services delivered the landscaping works for the regeneration of Armada Way—helping to transform this important route through Plymouth into a greener, safer and more welcoming place for residents, businesses and visitors.

‍

The completed scheme combines extensive tree, shrub, hedge and wildflower planting with rain gardens, reed beds and sustainable urban drainage features. Together, these elements will help support biodiversity, manage surface water and create an attractive, resilient public space that can be enjoyed for many years to come.

‍

Delivering landscaping of this scale in the heart of a busy city centre required careful planning, technical knowledge and close collaboration with the wider project team. From installing specialist soil-cell systems beneath heavily engineered pavements to planting large semi-mature trees, every stage called for precision and an uncompromising focus on quality.

This award is a testament to the hard work, skill and commitment of every member of the Hooper Services team who contributed to the project.
